Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the financial operations and strategic decision-making of the company’s affordable housing portfolio. This position is responsible for performing complex financial modeling, analyzing deal structures, preparing funding applications, and supporting capital markets activities for new construction and preservation projects financed with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), bonds, and other public-private sources.
